Microsoft debuts first Surface PCs with dedicated Copilot AI button

Microsoft has announced the launch of its new Surface Pro 10 for Business and Surface Laptop 6 for Business. These PCs feature a dedicated Copilot button on the keyboard, fulfilling a promise made by Microsoft earlier this year. The addition of this button represents a significant change to computer keyboards in years. Lenovo, Dell, and HP have also announced their own PCs with Copilot keys. Microsoft is highlighting the convenience of having generative AI easily accessible with these new PCs. The Copilot utilizes AI models from Microsoft-backed OpenAI to provide responses to user queries. The Surface Pro and Surface Laptop start at $1,199 and will be available for pre-order today and ship on April 9. Microsoft has stated that these Surface models are not initially intended for consumers.
